We are locally owned and operated as part of South Fork Public House. Our founders grew up here and know how important it is to support local businesses. Thus, we support our local farmers and vendors through our purchases, as well as our catering efforts. At the same time we also focus on bringing the world to your table. Our Head Chef and Catering Manager, Cathy Harbour returns to Pullman after her travels cooking around the world and is intent on bringing that international touch to our locally-sourced ingredients on the Palouse. Our goal is to make with our own two hands the foods we put on your table, serve at your event, or deliver to your business or campus.
With a fully functional commercial kitchen dedicated strictly to catering right down the road from you, we can deliver your food hot out of the oven, fresh off the grill, or steaming from the slow-cooker… Our team of culinary crusaders work diligently to take your vision to the next level in a fresh, flavorful and visually appealing way.
